EVENT CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

R.A.C.E Marketing USA reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

If R.A.C.E Marketing USA cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or a credit issued for a future event.

If you register and can not attend, we will issue a credit for a future event upon cancellation notice. Cancellations can be made via phone or e-mail, and must be received at least 7 days prior to the event date.

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

These policies apply to all R.A.C.E Marketing USA Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
